Terms of Service

This document is a working draft published for transparency while AETHERX STUDIO is in early access. It will be finalized before paid plans launch.

1. Who we are

AETHERX STUDIO ("AETHERX", "we", "us") is an online studio for creating images, video and audio with third-party generative AI models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. Do not share or resell access.

3. Credits and payments

Generations consume credits. The credit cost is shown before you generate. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire as described at purchase. If a generation fails on our side or the provider's, the credits for that job are returned to your balance.

4. Your content

You keep the rights you have in prompts and media you upload ("Inputs") and, to the extent permitted by law and the model provider's terms, in the media generated for you ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited license to process Inputs and Outputs only to operate the service. Generated media is stored for a limited retention period shown in the Studio; download anything you want to keep.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AETHERX STUDIO to create or upload content that:

sexualizes minors, or depicts real people in sexual content without consent;
impersonates or defames real people, or is used for fraud, scams or election manipulation;
infringes copyright, trademark or publicity rights;
promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity;
contains malware or attempts to bypass limits, safety filters or security controls.

We may block prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party models

Generations are performed by third-party AI providers. Availability, quality and speed depend on those providers and may change. Their own usage policies also apply to your Inputs.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; review it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Studio. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
