Privacy Policy

This document is a working draft published for transparency while AETHERX STUDIO is in early access. It will be finalized before paid plans launch.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name and sign-in identifiers (for example from Google Sign-In).
Content: prompts, uploaded reference media and generated outputs.
Billing data: credit balance and transaction history. Card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and service logs needed for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, process generations, show your history and keep your credit balance accurate.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and debug failures.
To communicate service notices. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Prompts and reference media are sent to the AI model provider you choose, only to perform that generation. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, CDN/network security) to operate the site. We disclose data when required by law.

4. Retention

Generated media is kept for the retention period shown in the Studio, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and legal obligations.

5. Your choices and rights

You can access and download your content in the Studio and request deletion of your account. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EEA/UK under the GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data and to object to certain processing.

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, application services are not directly exposed to the internet, and access to production systems is restricted.

7. Children

AETHERX STUDIO is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
